You don't have to sync it every day, I set mine then left it for a month and was only 1 second out. Do it in a quiet place and have your phone speaker on about 3/4 volume and it takes about 3 minutes. You can use a jjy emulator app to set (I'm in New Zealand) it was easy to do.
